A farm with a difference!
Trudgalong is a small working farm nestled on the banks of the Gloucester River at the southern end of the Buckets Range. Trudgalong has diversified from the more traditional forms of agriculture and has introduced aquaculture, Boer goats, miniature ponies, and a plant nursery.
We are raising Australian Native Silverperch in large ponds, as well as fish in tanks. Find out more about the development of aquaculture in the Gloucester District, and the quickshift irrigation system using water from fish ponds and the Gloucester River.
